What facilities are available in the park?
Our park has many facilities including:
- an indoor heated swimming pool
- jumping pillow
- 18 hole mini golf course
- indoor playroom (preschool age only)
- ½ tennis/basketball court
- 2 amenities blocks
- camp kitchen
- laundry.
Is your park dog friendly?
- We are happy to welcome your four legged friends onto our powered sites. Whilst there are some restrictions throughout the year (particularly during peak periods), we aim to accommodate your needs wherever possible.
- Naturally, service dogs are welcome at all times.
Are you allowed campfires?
For the safety of all our guests, solid fuel fires including heat beads and weber type units are NOT permitted at any time in the park. The camp kitchen does have a gas log fire.
What are your reception times?
Our reception is open from 8:30am – 6:30pm (off peak) and 8:30 – 7:30 in Summer.
Do you have any unpowered sites?
No. All of our sites are powered.
Do you have sites with a concrete slab?
No. All of our sites are grass sites.
Is the Monkey’s & Mermaid’s playroom open to the public?
Yes, it is open to the public in off-peak periods (off-peak does not include school holidays). Find out more.
Do you have the capacity to take large 5th wheelers or buses?
No. Our park does not accept x-large vans or buses as the park is not big enough to accommodate these types of equipment due to the turning circle required. For further details please do not hesitate to contact us.
Do you allow fishing boats at your park?
Yes, we do allow fishing boats. You must let us know at the time of booking so we can arrange parking for you.
What is your noise policy?
Noise must be kept to a minimum and cease by 10pm.
Do you have a dump point?
Yes. The dump point is located at the back of the property beyond the amenities block.
Can the children bring their bikes to ride around the park?
Absolutely. There are loads of bike tracks around Port Fairy that the whole family can enjoy. Naturally, helmets are essential at all times.
How far is BIG4 Port Fairy Holiday Park from the town centre and the beach?
It is a simple 10-15 minute stroll to town or a 2 minute drive. The beaches are no more than a 5 minutes drive from our property. Needless to say the beaches are breathtaking.
